Six prints of trademark specimens of a size around 6cmX 6cm~ 8cmX 8cm per trademark. We can produce the specimens for you at no additional cost if you send us the electronic file of the trademark logo and the mark is filed in black and white.

Name and address of the corporation and name of the representative thereof in print.

Chinese characters for filing particulars of applicant and the representative, if any.

When the applicant’s nationality is in Hong Kong or China, the following document is required:
(1) A photocopy of the Certificate of Corporation if the applicant is a corporation, or (2) A photocopy of the identification paper if the applicant is an individual.
