Jaw-Hwa International Patent & Trademark & Law Offices ("Jaw-Hwa") was established in 1976 and has kept a strong principle of serving our clients with enthusiasm and professional standards.

During the 1970s', the economy grew and industries started to develop in Taiwan. Although, at that time, few Taiwanese had any idea about intellectual property rights, three young enterprising men in 1976 established Jaw-Hwa to provide professional services for intellectual property matters.

Jaw-Hwa's head office is presently located in Taipei City, close to the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO), the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Executive Yuan, and the Administration Court. Jaw-Hwa has three branch offices located in middle and south areas of Taiwan, providing a broad network, and thus we serve all clients efficiently and cost-effectively.

At Jaw-Hwa, we have about 80 staffs in total providing clients with outstanding services in all the related IP fields. Furthermore, Jaw-Hwa has cultivated a worldwide connection with foreign associates throughout the world. In order to expand our international view and provide updated information to our clients, Jaw-Hwa is a member to INTA, AIPPI, MARQUES, ECTA, LES and APAA.
